Holly Webber runs her own successful graphic design business, specialising in design for print media and web, working with clients on a state and national level. Never one to sit still for too long, Holly, who graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Graphic Design and Photography) in 2004, spends her after-hours time photographing the colours and textures of nature.
Holly has been able to combine her love of photography and design to create clean, intricate and vibrant patterns from her botanical photographs. Under her self-titled label she has developed a range of products using these colourful designs, including fabrics (which she prints herself) applied to handbags and earrings, ceramic trivets, limited edition artworks and stationery. These can be found at the market, on her website and at select retailers locally and interstate.
Over the past 5 years Holly has created a collection of over 100 pattern designs developed from photographs captured in her backyard and as far afield as the amazing Kew Gardens in London. She is constantly adding new products to her range and designs and manufactures everything in her Hobart studio.
